Ethical recruiting with reciprocity

The focus in the Aurora project is on recruitment and training of Indian nurses for Belgian healthcare.

The Aurora project is a part of the non-profit organization Chinta, which was founded by Mintus, Curando, Exalta and IVV Sint-Vincentius.

Ethical recruitment in a nutshell.

What is the reciprocity model?

A model for the economic migration of foreign-trained healthcare professionals involves partners committing to fill high-demand vacancies in healthcare, by actively recruiting from non-EU countries. In puirsuit of this goal, an ethical reciprocal model is being developed for the three stakeholders: the country of origin, Flanders and the candidate himself.

The key objectives include: sharing expertise, implementing an active diversity policy and upholding the right to health.
